You can manage leads using a simple Trello board. Use these columns:

โ“ What is Trello?

Trello is a free, easy-to-use online visual task manager. Think of it like a digital whiteboard with sticky notes you can move around. Each “card” represents a seller lead or deal opportunity. As the deal progresses, you drag the card through stages like Contacted โ†’ Offer Sent โ†’ Deal Closed.


โœ… Why Use Trello in Creative Property Deals?

  • Track 10+ deals without losing track of who’s who

  • See your entire pipeline at a glance (without a spreadsheet)

  • Organize which deals are hot, which are stalled, and which are dead

  • Share access with a partner, assistant, or solicitor if needed

You can create a new list (column) for each stage of the process:

List Name What It Means

๐Ÿ”ง How to Set This Up in Trello

  1. Go to: https://trello.com

  2. Create a Free Account (or sign in)

  3. Click “Create Board” โ†’ โ€œUse Blank Boardโ€

  4. Name it: My Property Deal Pipeline

  5. Add lists for each deal stage (as shown above)

  6. Add cards for each new seller (Name, property, contact info)

Each card can include:

  • Seller name

  • Property address

  • Price they want

  • Your offer

  • Notes or updates

  • Attachments (e.g. scanned agreements)

Once your Trello board is ready:

  1. Click the โ€œShareโ€ button on top of your board

  2. Set to “Public” (if you want students/team to copy it)

  3. Copy the board link
